In case you need to cancel ....

Skin Spa Utah greatly appreciates your business and values your time.  We also value the time of our professional, licensed Master Aestheticians and other guests.  This is why we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.  We limit the number of guests we see every day on an effort to provide a high quality, personalized skin revision experience for each guest.  We also spend time before your arrival to prepare for your visit and after you leave to carefully sanitize our space for the next guest.  Late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows significantly impact our aestheticians and other guests hoping to schedule with us.

Therefore, in order to reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file to hold your booking.  When booking an appointment with Skin Spa Utah, we ask you to understand and honor our cancellation policy as follows:

  • We require a minimum of 48 business hours  cancellation or change notice for all aesthetics appointments and a minimum of 72 business hours cancellation or change notice for all permanent makeup appointments.  Please call or text 801-792-7994 to cancel or change your appointment to ensure it it cancelled.  

  • If you change or cancel your appointment with less notice than we require, you will be charged the FULL appointment fee for aesthetic services and the full deposit amount for permanent makeup services


  • Please note our appointment confirmation reminder emails and texts are a courtesy.  Please read them carefully and arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  NEW CLIENTS ... please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out parperwork so we may spend your entire appointment time caring for you.


  • Unexpected events like work, weather, traffic do occur and may be out of your control, but they are also out of our control.  These events are not exempt from our cancellation policy.  Emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis.


  • Those arriving late to their appointment may still receive service, but the full appointment fee for the service you were originally scheduled for will be collected and the appointment will end on time so we may sanitize and not keep another guest waiting.  


  • If you no-show an appointment, we may ask you to pay in advance to schedule a future appointment.
