How often do I need to come in for acne treatments?
Acne treatments should be performed every two weeks until your skin clears. Treatments consist of either a chemical peel or an enzyme treatment along with extractions, depending on what treatment we feel is most appropriate for you. These treatments are meant to exfoliate dead skin cells, extract impactions, hydrate dry skin, kill acne bacteria, and lift and lighten dark spots that may be a result of your acne lesions. Treatment time will vary depending on how many extractions you need.  It is important to come in for treatments every two weeks so we can also ensure your home care regimen is working well for you.

How much does Skin Spa's acne treatment products cost?
You can expect to spend an average of $150 for your first set of acne products.  You will purchase these products at your first appointment.  This acne regimen will give you approximately 2+ months worth of products. As your treatment progresses we will need to adjust some products depending on how your skin is responding, and this will require additional product purchases.  The products you will use to clear your acne have been developed  to ensure we are challenging your skin to respond, but not irritating or over drying it.  This is the fastest way to get your skin clear. 

What if I am currently using prescriptions to clear my acne?
You must be off Accutane for at least 30 days, and/or off any prescription topical medicines (e.g. Retin-A, Clindamycin, Duac, etc.) for at least two weeks before you may begin Skin Spa's acne treatment program. 

Is this acne program for you?
If you want an acne program that actually works to clear acne and help you stay clear, Skin Spa's Acne Bootcamp program has a 95% clear rate.  The program requires patience, commitment, and compliance with home care and office visits.

How much are acne treatments?
Initial Consultation and First Acne Treatment - $125
You will learn what acne is, what kind of acne you have, and how we can work together to effectively treat it.  Treating acne takes time and patience and will require your compliance with the program.  Those who are compliant with our program experience a 98% clear rate and long term clear, acne-free skin.  PLEASE ....ALL NEW ACNE CLIENTS SHOULD BOOK THIS APPOINTMENT.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.  

Acne Treatments - $80
These treatments include an enzyme treatment or peel, extractions, and review of home care protocol.  PLEASE ..... NEW ACNE CLIENTS MAY NOT BOOK THIS TREATMENT UNTIL THEY HAVE FIRST DONE AN INITIAL CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT

Series of 3 Acne Treatments - $225 (save $5 per treatment)
Series of 6 Acne Treatments - $420 (save $10 per treatment)

Back or chest add on treatment - $70 when performed at the same time as face treatment
